Verify Your Eligibility

Who is eligible? You may be a Class Member if you owned a vehicle that was booted by Advanced Booting Services, Inc. (“ABS”), were in possession of (driving) a vehicle that was booted by ABS, or paid ABS to remove a boot — in Atlanta, Georgia from June 13, 2010 through the present. You may qualify even if you were driving a vehicle you did not own.

For a Claim Form to be valid, you must attach any documents you have showing that (1) you owned or drove a vehicle that was booted by ABS during the class period, or that you paid to have a boot removed by ABS, and (2) the vehicle was booted in Atlanta, Georgia. You must also provide your full name, address, and signature. See Section 3 of the Claim Form for details on the required documentation. Please complete the fields below to begin.
